We have seven cash machine points located throughout the Centre which are all currently operating.

Our Baby Changing facilities are open as usual, however, to help us maintain social distancing, only one household will be permitted access at any time.

We currently offer facilties for baby feeding in the following locations:

Nursing Room

• Management suite - accessed via The Oasis (lower level)
• Park Lane toilets on the Upper Level

Bottle Warming facilities 

• The Oasis seating area - on both upper and lower levels. (Please note: These areas are currently not accessible as the seating areas are not in use as part of the COVID restrictions).
• The Arcade Toilets at the Baby Changing facilities
• Lower High Street Toilets at the Baby Changing facilities

Bottle warming stations within the Oasis are currently not accessible as the seating areas are not in use as part of the COVID restrictions as the areas are closed.

 

Covid-19 Update 

We may need to temporarily close car parks in order to manage visitor numbers. Car Parks that are currently open from 8am are:

• Upper Level Red Car Park
• Orange Zones 1 & 2 
• Lower Level Pink (open from 7am)

Please note, all other car parks are currently closed.

Meadowhall has over 12,000 free car parking spaces. There are 350 disabled spaces available. Please head to Orange Zone 1 for the disabled spaces closest to Shopmobility.

Motorcycle parking in lower red, lower pink and yellow car parks, as well as orange zone 4 car park.

We also offer over 200 parent and child spaces which can be found across Meadowhall car parks except zones 3 and 4.

Please note our car parks are monitored to ensure instructions are followed for disabled and parent and child spaces. Failure to comply with parking terms conditions may result in a Parking Charge Notice.

Car Park height restrictions are 2.1 mtrs or 6’10” across all car parks with the exception of the Orange Zone Car Parks.  There is no height restriction on the Orange Zone Car Parks.

At this time our dedicated car valeting service is only available within our Pink Car Park, near House of Fraser and M&S. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.

Come back to a gleaming car after a day's shopping. We have three dedicated valeting centres conveniently placed within the Pink, Red and Yellow car parks.

Our Changing Places toilet includes an adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a hoist system, space for up to three people, a privacy curtain and a non-slip floor. You can find this situated just off the lower Oasis Dining Quarter, as marked on the centre map here.

To access the Changing Places facility you will need to collect the key from the Management Suite reception. 

These facilities are being cleaned after each use, and we are also providing hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities for customers to use for extra peace of mind.
 

Many of our stores have their own Click and Collect service. 

Our Collect+ service is available at the Customer Service desk on  Lower High Street, adjacent to Wilko and Argos. Following Collect+ guidelines our Customer Services team is currently unable to accept parcels which are larger or heavier than 50cm x 50cm x 60cm and 10kg or less. 

The no-fuss way to send, return or collect your parcels. Located at the Customer Service desk in The Lower High Street, adjacent to Wilko and Argos. 

Customer service desks are open in all locations, including the Meadowhall Management Suite, with the addition of plexiglass screen barriers. 

Gift cards and information, first aid, push chair hire and interpreter services are available. Visit one of our Customer Service desks located on either The Lower High Street adjacent to Wilko and Argos or the Upper Arcade, near Zara and the main entrance.

Please be aware that our EV charging is currently only available from our Orange Car Park. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Charge your car at our free electric charging points. Meadowhall offers over 50 free EV charging points located in the Orange Zone Car Park near the Next entrance, and Lower Green Zone Car Park near Debenhams entrance.

First aid is located within the Meadowhall Management Suite.

Covid-19 update: Due to the current restrictions, customers are unable to purchase gift cards in centre. Gift cards are still available to purchase online here, please be aware the Click & Collect option is currently unavailable. If a customer has a gift card that expires during lockdown please contact Careline on 0333 313 2000 where the team will be happy to help.

There are self-service kiosks available within the shopping centre for you to check the balance of existing gift cards.

A Meadowhall Gift Card is the perfect gift for your friends and family, letting them choose exactly what they want, whether it’s a birthday or Christmas present, to mark an anniversary or just to say ‘thanks’.

Meadowhall has joined the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Scheme, to support more than 10 million people living in the UK that have a hidden disability.  Official Hidden Disabilities Sunflower lanyards will be available from Lower High Street Customer Service Desk, and our team have all been trained to recognise the meaning behind the sunflower.

Our Lost Property Service is located within the Meadowhall Management Suite. For your safety all lost property will be presented in a sealed clear bag along with an accompanying advisory note relating to the handling and sanitising of the property.  We advise all customers to sanitise the lost property collected as soon as possible.

In order to support social distancing, we have temporarily reduced the seating available on our malls. If you need assistance when in the centre, please speak to a member of the team who are on hand to help. 

Please be aware that food and drink cannot be consumed on site, we are offering takeaway food only.

Cafes, pubs and restaurants are closed but some are offering a takeaway or delivery option, although this cannot be consumed on site.

Visit the Riverside Adventure Play area outside The Oasis Dining Courtyard, near the Orange Zone Car Park.

Mini & Me Play Area

Located in The Lanes, ages 3 and under can play at their leisure at our indoor soft play area.

Covid update: Pushchair Hire is currently unavailable. Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Available at The Shop Mobility Customer Services Desk at the Argos entrance (Pushchairs suitable for children aged 1-2 years - 2 forms of I.D are required to hire, 1 with full address details).

Our Quiet Room is available within the Management Suite for members of the public. For your safety the room is being cleaned after each use.

Regus Express Business Lounge is bookable by the hour for any meetings you have arranged, or if you simply require a few hours at a desk. Call 0870 880 8484 for more information.

Shopmobility services are available to registered members.

We are currently unable to provide the familiarisation sessions that are required for new users of our Shopmobility services, while also maintaining social distancing.

Please note:We have suspended the Scooter pre-booking during this period. If you already have a Disclaimer in place, please visit our Lower High Street Desk to request a scooter.

Don't struggle around, we offer accompanied shopping or we have a number of wheelchairs and self drive scooters you can borrow. Just make sure you bring along 2 pieces of ID, one with your home address on. You'll need to call us beforehand to book your scooter as we want to make sure we have one available when you need it. We have 350 disabled parking spaces, head to Orange car park for those nearest the Shopmobility Desk outside Argos. Please note Shopmobility has relocated to Lower High Street, adjacent to Argos. We're proud to be working in conjunction with Parkgate Mobility.

Our free entry Mini & Me soft play area is located at The Lanes, next to The Oasis Dining Quarter. The play area is for ages 3 years and below with parental supervision (required). 

Open from: 

• Mon -Fri: 9am to 8.45pm
• Saturday: 9am to 7.45pm 
• Sundays: 10am to 4.45pm

​Children will be required to remove their shoes when using the play area.

Are there disabled changing facilities at Meadowhall?

There are disabled access facilities located within Changing Places just off The Oasis Dining Quarter, near Pizza Hut and KFC. On arrival, please use the intercom to gain access. Our Changing Places facility is being cleaned after each use. The facility includes a height adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a hoist system, space for the disabled person and up to two carers, a privacy curtain and a non-slip floor.
