What safety measures are in place in response to the coronavirus outbreak?

The wellbeing of our colleagues and customers is our number one priority, and so we’ve introduced extra measures to help everyone have a safe and enjoyable visit.
Please remember to wear a face covering while visiting, as this is mandatory in enclosed public spaces from 24th July.
Find out more here.

Do I have to wear a face mask when visiting?

Yes, it is mandatory to wear face coverings in indoor settings, as per government guidance. This includes inside all shops, shopping centres, post-offices, banks, and premises providing hospitality (such as pubs, restaurants and cafes, except when seated at a table to eat or drink), as well as leisure facilities (such as cinemas and hairdressers).

You are expected to wear a face covering before entering any of these settings and must keep it on until you leave. You can read more about government guidelines here.

If you’ve forgotten your face covering, we are selling a colourful charity range at our customer service desks. These can be purchased for £4 each or three for £10. Find out more here.
