Yes. You must wear a face covering at all times, unless you are exempt for medical reasons. This is a legal requirement and our community policing team are on-site to ensure compliance.

There are disabled access facilities located within Changing Places just off The Oasis Dining Quarter, near Pizza Hut and KFC. On arrival, please use the intercom to gain access. Our Changing Places facility is being cleaned after each use. The facility includes a height adjustable adult-sized changing bench, a hoist system, space for the disabled person and one carer a privacy curtain and a non-slip floor.
Our Quiet Room is available within the Management Suite for members of the public. For your safety, the room is being cleaned after each use. Please contact Careline on 0333 313 2000 for the Quiet Room opening times and terms and conditions of use.
We have bottle warming facilities on Lower High St and Arcade baby changing rooms. Please speak to a member of our team if you need and help.
Covid-19 update: Due to the current restrictions, customers are unable to purchase gift cards in centre. Gift cards are still available to purchase online, please be aware the Click & Collect option is currently unavailable. If a customer has a gift card that expires during lockdown please contact Careline on 0333 313 2000 where the team will be happy to help.
There are self-service kiosks available within the shopping centre for you to check the balance of existing gift cards.
A Meadowhall Gift Card is the perfect gift for your friends and family, letting them choose exactly what they want, whether it’s a birthday or Christmas present, to mark an anniversary or just to say ‘thanks’.

We’re sorry to announce that all Meadowhall Sessions have been cancelled following government guidance.
All colleagues working at Meadowhall are asked to use the dedicated staff car park off Alsing Road.
Meadowhall provides a dedicated staff car park of 1,400 spaces less than 400m from the main entrances. This decision was made by the Retail Panel Association to ensure a ‘customer first’ approach.
There are over 300 dedicated disabled parking spaces across the Centre’s car parks, available for blue badge holders.
Meadowhall has implemented a temporary dispensation policy for employees, which is agreed and overseen by our Retail Panel Association. This process is available to view and download.
We are proud to have been recognised and awarded for our car parks through Park Mark, an independent industry award.
We have 7 cash machine points easily located throughout the centre including on the upper level outside M&S and on the lower level High Street near Carphone Warehouse.
Does Meadowhall have any banks?
We are currently unable to provide our bottle warming service and our indoor/outdoor children’s play facilities are closed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Covid 19 Update:
Customers toilets are open on High Street, near Argos and The Arcade, near M&S. Please note, all other toilets are currently closed.
We are managing capacities in all washrooms in order to help maintain safe social distancing and keep customers safe.
We thank customers for their patience and understanding should they need to queue to use the facilities. Our team are always on hand should anyone have additional needs.

What baby facilities are there at Meadowhall?
Located in the Toilet corridors across the Centre. Full list of Baby Change Facilites throughout the centre.
Shopmobility are currently unable to provide the familiarisation sessions that are required for new users of our Shopmobility services, while also maintaining social distancing.
We are sorry to any customers impacted by this, and we look forward to reinstating the full service as soon as it is safe to do so.
You can hire a wheelchair or mobility scooters at Meadowhall.
We have a number of wheelchairs and self-drive mobility scooters you can borrow. Just make sure you bring along 2 pieces of ID, one which includes your home address. You'll need to call us beforehand to book your scooter as we want to make sure we have one available when you need it. We’re proud to be working in conjunction with Parkgate Mobility.
Note: Wheelchairs and scooters are subject to availability
Available on Lower High Street near Argos and Wilko. We recommend parking in Orange Zone car park if you are driving.

- Upper red
- Orange 2 except ev chargers
The following car parks remain open:
- Lower pink (Near M&S)
- Orange zone 1 (Near Argos)
- A section of lower red for access to boots
We may need to temporarily close these in order to manage visitor numbers, and all other car parks are currently closed.
