Sienna Kitchen and Bar are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Duty Manager to come on board as part of Zanna Hospitality Groups modern, all-day brasserie, based within Flannels, Meadowhall.

The Food & Drink

Our menu takes inspiration from across the world, showcasing quality ingredients, prepared and cooked with an eye on seasonality and freshness. The food offer is exciting, innovative and confident and includes contemporary takes on Benedicts, ceviche and classic European dishes. Complimenting the food offer, our drinks menu is comprised of premium wine, signature cocktails and, of course, great coffee!

About You

You will have a genuine interest in hospitality and be enthusiastic and committed to ensuring an outstanding and consistent guest experience. A great team player, with a flexible can do approach, always willing to help in other areas of service when required. You will be friendly and supportive of colleagues and willing to share your knowledge and skills with others. Ideally, you will have at least one year experience in a similar role and environment.
