The Beer Sessions with The Sheffield Brewery Company
Come and be entertained in the first session looking into the mysterious and light-hearted world of beer making, beer tasting and general good natured ‘beeriness’ of life. This is a chance to understand what goes into this glorious drink which sells across all continents and is made up four simple ingredients and a whole host of different styles.
We won't be blinding you with science nor getting snooty about preferred flavours -what we want to do is make this a session for those who are new to craft and cask ale and want to explore a little and perhaps be educated so that when they next pop into one of the many great local pubs offering a selection of ales you'll know what to look for and taste.
The Session will be led by Pete Rawlinson and Marv White from The Sheffield Brewery Company and will also be a chance to learn about the fun and challenges in running a microbrewery.
Of course there will be opportunities to taste the Sheffield Brewery Company range as we guide you through the ‘hoppiness’ and bitterness of life!
